金への投資が今注目を浴びています。
最高値更新している今、なかなか手が出せません。
コロナショックの3月下旬に超安全資産の米国債や金も売られ、
あらゆる金融資産が売却されキャッシュが最強と声高に叫ばれました。
その時は金の仕込み時だった。
みんなが売った時に買う。なかなかできないことですよね。
コロナショックの影響がどこまで広がるか読めなかった時ですから。
もっというなら、一番の買いのタイミングは、
去年の消費税導入前8％→10％はチャンスでした。
2019年10月前は2％安く買えたのですから。
ニュースでも金の駆け込み買い報道がされていたのを横目にしながら、
皆と同じ行動はするまいと斜にかまえていました。
反省。そこで、次の急落時には必ず拾いたい。
その思いで必死に金を研究。
ただ、今年も金価格は下がるどころか最高値更新し続ける
という見立てもあります。
よく考えてみてください。世界中コロナショックで一斉に金融緩和をしてお金がばらまかれているという事は、お金の価値が相対的に目減りしているという事。それに対して、金やビットコインは埋蔵量が限定的で量が急に増えることなんてない。逆に増えなくても、お金の方が増えれば、相対的に金とビットコインは放っておいても価値が勝手に上がってしまう。
一応、明日にでも買う準備は整えましたので、
情報共有したいと思います。
①取扱会社
主な3社を上げます。
まず各社500ｇ、1kgは手数料無料とうたってますが、
これに惑わされないでください。
FXと同じで買取価格と売却価格の価格差（スプレッド）が
大手は多めに取ってあり、これが実質的な手数料です。
最大手で手数料が割り高
三菱マテリアル
マイ・ゴールドパートナーに加入しオンラインで少し割安に購入できます。
第一商品
第一商品は商標（金に書き込まれているブランド名）が選べないです。
ブランドによっては、売却時に他社で買い取り拒否される可能性があります。第一商品で売却する分には問題ないです。
第一商品はその点さえ受け入れれば1kgあたりですと、
以下の様に大手と10万円以上手数料（スプレッド）に差が出ます！
②純金積立
金を選ぶ際の最大の注意点は、
現物の地金を買うか純金積立てにするかです。
株や投資信託の場合、長期投資をする上で毎月積立購入ですと、
ドルコスト平均法により取得購入単価を引き下げられるので、
金もコツコツ毎月積立の方が長期投資に適していると
思われてしまうのが落とし穴。
危うく積立を始めるところだった・・
各社、積立は毎回購入時に約2％の手数料を取っているのだ！
さらに現物と同様、買取価格と売却価格の価格差（スプレッド）もあり、この手数料も目に見えない形で負担します。
この低金利の時代に年利2％の金融商品なんて
そこそこリスクを負わないといけないです。
以下の証券会社のみ無料ですが、聞いたことのない名前。
ＫＯＹＯ証券
これでは、利が乗っても手数料でかき消されてしまいます。
なので、現物なら500g/1kgまとまって買う分にはスプレッドのみなので、私は買うなら第一商品から現物地金を買い自宅で保管します。
意外にも金は電話で買えます。会社によって違いますが、
例えば受付時間が10：30-13：00と決まってます。
その後振り込みでOKです。店頭受け取り／郵送があります。
③金ETF
その他、三菱UFJ信託銀行の「金の果実」シリーズがあり、
金の上場信託（ETF）として株式と同様に売買できます。
（20.315%の申告分離課税）
一定の条件で現物の金に交換できます。
個人的にETFはREIT（不動産投資信託）と同様、金/不動産のタイトルが付いても、株の性質を強く帯びますので、現物の価格と必ずしも比例しないと考えてます。
株式相場が急落すると金現物が下げなくても、
つられてETF/REITは下げますのでお気を付け下さい。
④保管方法
積立などで金を預ける場合、
「混蔵寄託/特定保管」と「消費寄託」との2種類ありますので、
どちらか認識しておく必要があります。
混蔵寄託/特定保管：
積立会社の資産と顧客の純金をはっきり区別しているもの。
保管料はがかかりますが、万が一運営会社が倒産しても
金は手元に戻って来ます。
銀行の貸金庫に預けているのど様なものです。
消費寄託：
運営会社が倒産した場合、購入した金がすべて戻って来る保証はありません。金の所有権はあくまで運営会社に帰属します。その分、保管料が不要。
手持ちの地金を預けることもできますが、
保管料がかかります。田中貴金属ですと年間5500円。
⑤税金
金を売却した場合、売却益はは譲渡所得として課税されます。
また総合課税の対象としてご自身で確定申告が必要となります。
保有期間により課税額の計算方法が異なります。
保有期間が5年以内の場合：短期譲渡所得
売却価額－（取得費＋売却費用）－ 50万円（特別控除額）＝短期譲渡所得
保有期間が5年超の場合：長期譲渡所得（課税所得は短期の半分）
{売却価額－（取得費＋売却費用）－ 50万円（特別控除額）}×1/2 ＝長期譲渡所得
長期は課税対象になる所得が短期の半分なので、
最低5年以上は保有しましょう。
一般に年収400万の人が100万の課税対象額ならいくら税金？
→10％もかからないイメージでそんなにはたかくなりません。
